DUNLIN BYPASS PROJECT (THISTLE, MAGNUS & NORTHERN PRODUCER) – NORTH SEA, UK

The aim of this project was to combine production from the Thistle and Northern Producer fields and subsequently manage the export from Dunlin to the Magnus platform. The project included modifications to the topside facilities of Thistle, Magnus, and Northern Producer. Key activities undertaken by the Process team included the design of the Pig Receiver and Launcher Interlock SCU, development of the topside operating procedure, pipeline flushing procedures, P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), C&Es (Cause and Effects Diagrams), and specifications for the chemical injection pump and tank.


THISTLE LATE LIFE EXPANSION PROJECT – NORTH SEA, UK

As part of a late life extension program, the existing facilities were refurbished to recover an additional 35 million barrels of oil from the field. This involved revamping the two topside separation trains and making modifications to the topside oil export, flare, and drainage systems. Additionally, a new control and shutdown system was implemented. We supported the development of key engineering deliverables to ensure that the asset was redesigned and operated to optimize reservoir recovery at minimal cost.


HIPS MODIFICATION (NORTHERN PRODUCER) – NORTH SEA, UK

We provided support for the modification of the High Integrity Protection System (HIPS) logic for the Northern Producer flowline and separator. This modification aimed to prevent over-pressurization of the topside separator, ensuring that HIPS could perform effectively without needing to be deactivated.



ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR SHELL CNNS ISC PROJECT – NORTH SEA, UK

This project involved providing Process engineering services to the Gannet, Nelson, Anasuria, and Brent Bravo platforms.



ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR BP EXPLORATION – TAR & OUTAGE AND CAT C SCOPES

This project encompassed providing Process engineering services to the ETAP, Andrew, Clair, Clair Ridge, and Glen Lyon offshore process facilities.
